the location was excellent. it was right by the beach with easy access. the breakfast was also great with nicely arranged smaller rooms. i got my beverage brought straight to the table.
The room i had was a bit worn. It wasn't really what i'd expect from a four-star place.

The carpet was musty and stained. It needed replacing. the shower drain was clogged which caused an unpleasant odour. it would be good to have this fixed .

I found the staff very helpful arranging transport to the airport for my early flight. The location allows you to walk to many restaurants nearby, so dining options were plentiful. I got a discounted rate at the affiliated beach club and it was super close to the hotel. Breakfast provided a good start to the day before exploring.
The tv had limited channels and was not a smart tv so i could not cast from my phone.

This hotel's location is really good with easy access to the beach and promenade des anglais the proximity to major attractions made exploring the city convenient and the hotel is a short walk from many shops and cultural sites it is a central point.

Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy, and I received a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff provided helpful instructions for getting to the hotel from the airport by tram.
